Divine Medicare will make all necessary arrangements for patients from the U.S. to receive world-class medical treatment/procedures in India. It will arrange for initial consultation between patients and Indian doctors, schedule procedures and make all travel arrangements. The staff of Divine Medicare will guide the patients about their entire tour and will act as the sole mediator between the client and any other third party (i.e., Hospitals, Hotels, Travel Agents and any other party needed during the process). Financial arrangements, including necessary deposits, will be finalized before making travel bookings and admitting the client in the medical facility. The Company will work directly with the clients or in some cases, with their insurance provider (if any) to determine in advance whether a portion of the treatment and related expenses can be covered. The Company will also help the client to tour India with customized recuperation packages as required.
