I am planning to create a website similar to www.menupages.com and www.seamless.com for India. The website will list menus of the restaurants from major cities in India. User of the website will be able to find and order food through website. For restaurants, a web based application will be made available, through which they will be able to manage and track the orders. Currently there are some websites available in India which claim to provide such services, but either they are not fully functional or they are limited to high end restaurants. I am planning to cater service to small restaurants and even road side vendors too. Considering huge restaurant industry in India, I am sure I can sell this product to large number of customers, if an easy to use and a robust web based application is provided to restaurant business owners.
