RentSetGo lets you rent awesome products, from people around you and to people around you. It is an online platform that enables peer to peer sharing. At the outset, the problem that we are trying to address is that of underutilization of assets and the gap that exists between asset owners and asset users. The 2 hypotheses this venture is based on: a. Excessive consumerism and desire to have possessions, which drives impulsive purchase decisions today, resulting in massive underutilization of the resources owned. b. Lack of access to experiences due to prohibitive costs of products that facilitate that experience. We have built a mobile first platform that enables peer-to-peer rentals for outdoor equipment and consumer electronics starting with camping gear, cameras, lenses, mountain bikes etc. The platform seamlessly connects an asset owner (to better capitalize on his idle inventory) to an asset user (enabling access to the asset at a fraction of the cost)
