RouteLinker is a Transport & Logistics marketplace that helps Shippers and Transporters discover, bid and transact without brokers. Transport caters to needs of every single of the 1.3 billion Indians - from the food we eat to the mobiles we use; from clothes we wear to the furniture at our home. This makes it a huge industry. Road-based transport alone is a $100 billion industry in India. Yet it continues to be highly fragmented - 90% of the market is made up of small fleet owners - and, for that reason, highly dependent on brokers for their shipments in the next city. Shipper too bear the brunt of this opaque market (broker commissions at an average of 15% are highly inflated, and quality levels are abysmal). This is what RouteLinker's model aims to solve and generate substantial results thereof. We are a team comprising of ex-CTO at BookMyCab, Logistics Consultant at Credit Suisse, and ex-Smart Technologies architect at Samsung.
