What is Sindhustan? Sindhustan is a project of setting up ‘Sindhi Food Chain’ (restaurant) across the country and globe which will serve Sindhi food like: 1.Daal Pakvan 2.Batan Papdi 3.Dahi – Koki 4.Dahi – Besani 5.Maal-puda 6.Curry-Chawal 7.Sindhi Papad 8.Lassi 9.Chaas which is popular only in few parts of Sindhi populated towns. This food is so delicious that it is loved by non sindhi population also. Currently it is available only in few parts of India where Sindhi population is settled. We want to take it to National level over a span of 3 years and than penetrate into international market. This is unpopular food so we want to materialize this opportunity and would like to expand it to the places where it can have a big market.
