YTOI or "Your Take On It" is a social, local, mobile rating and recommendations application. YTOI let's you rate items and activities using a base of emoticons eg. Food items, Movies, Recreational activities, Sports arenas, Books, libraries etc It gives you personalized recommendations of items and activities that you might be interested in, using your pattern of ratings, and the general app activity of your circle. YTOI's map based Explore GUI lets users to discover places and items across a variety of categories, in their locality and far from it, with a hyperlocal view due to the nature of the data in it. With its integration with Facebook and G+ and its inherent feed and follower based usability, YTOI is the social network where you express your take on life's activities and broadcast them using pictures to people.
